    Local Shipping (Malaysia)

    • Shipping Charges:
      Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address. We offer free shipping for orders over RM [insert minimum amount] for local deliveries within Malaysia.

    • Estimated Delivery Time:

      • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

      • East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

    • Processing Time:
      Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


    International Shipping

      International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination country. You will see the total shipping charge before completing your purchase.

      • Europe/North America: 7–15 business days

      • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

    • Customs, Duties & Taxes:
      Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will need to be paid directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.


    2. Order Review & Cancellation (Before Payment)

    • Order Review:
      Before completing payment, you will have the opportunity to review the items in your cart, including product details, quantities, shipping information, and total cost.

    • Cancel Before Payment:
      You may cancel or modify your order anytime before clicking “Proceed to Pay”. Once you click the “Place Order” or “Proceed to Pay” button and complete the payment process, your order will be finalized and cannot be modified or canceled.

    • Order Cancellation After Payment:
      If you need to cancel or modify your order after payment, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made if the order has already been processed or shipped.
